The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax and a proven track record of success in a practice environment. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, building relationships with clients, overseeing team performance and delivery, and training staff.
We offer a hybrid job setup with 3 days in the office or with clients, allowing for a great work-life balance. Our firm is committed to investing in our people, providing internal and external training, and access to our partners to ensure your career growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing client engagements
- Building relationships with clients
- Overseeing team performance and delivery

Requirements:
- Tax Advisory and Tax Compliance experience in practice
- CTA Qualified or part qualified or qualified by experience
- Team Management experience
- Remote based and eligible to work in the UK
