About the Role

We are seeking an experienced senior solicitor to join our private wealth department as a team lead. The successful candidate will have a strong background in private client law and be able to provide guidance and support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the private wealth team

  • Oversee the overall performance of the team and ensure high-quality client service
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in private client law, with a focus on HNWIs
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A positive and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
