The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As the go-to person in the store on shift, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading your team to deliver the best customer experience in the business. You will be required to handle multiple functions across the store, including assisting customers with their purchases, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Assist customers with their purchases, providing expert advice and guidance on products and services
- Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and stock discrepancies
- Ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently, including managing stock levels and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to achieve business objectives
