About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic team of creative specialists. As a leading creative marketing agency, we specialise in helping clients within a wide range of industries to drive brand awareness with a focus on technology brands.

Job Description

As a Senior Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences for our range of products and services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, you will help shape our user journeys and brand presence through outstanding design skills and thoughtful UX/UI techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Produce exceptional visual designs for websites, applications, and digital campaigns, ensuring every design adheres to our brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with the development team to translate designs into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
  • Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and refine user flows to enhance overall user experience
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to test and gather user feedback
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design patterns to continually improve our digital products
  • Participate in cross-functional brainstorming and design sessions to ensure consistency and innovation across platforms
Requirements
  • 4+ years demonstrable experience as a Digital Designer
  • Experience in branding and brand campaigns
  • Strong animation experience
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
  • Agency experience
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices
  • Solid portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual design, UX/UI, and digital projects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
