We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Operator Administrator to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide essential support to our sales team and clients, ensuring seamless post-booking experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and maintenance of company back-office systems.
- Offer concierge assistance to clients, responding to their queries and providing pre- and post-travel documentation.
- Deal with incoming call enquiries and redirect them as necessary.
- Assist with client communication, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- At least 12 months of experience in an administrative role, with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
A competitive starting salary of up to £23,750, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks of working in the travel industry. We offer a flexible working schedule, with the option to work part-time, and a friendly team environment in Wilmslow.
