Job Summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a skilled Fuel Farm Mechanic to join our team. As a Fuel Farm Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of fuel equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fueling facilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with fuel equipment using test equipment, statistics, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fuel equipment, including pumps, valves, and vessels.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Support the Gauger position as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds continuously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.

Working Conditions

The work is primarily outdoors and requires the ability to work in all weather conditions. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
