Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Compliance Auditor and Support to join our team at our Doncaster site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring audits are carried out to the relevant standard, and will work closely with site representatives to implement audit schedules and provide tailored support for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Group H&S Policy and legislation
  • Develop and implement audit schedules based on risk exposure
  • Prepare for audits, including sending out pre-audit questionnaires and gathering relevant information
  • Generate and issue audit reports, and carry out follow-up audits and reviews
  • Ensure corrective actions are completed and compliance issues are addressed
  • Provide support for site personnel with H&S and compliance issues
  • Assist with training of factory personnel as required
  • Ensure all standard documentation is up-to-date and compliant with requirements

Requirements:

  • Qualified in IOSH and NEBOSH
  • Good standard of formal education, including GCSE Maths and English (Grade A* - C) or equivalent
  • Previous experience of auditing against ISO 45001
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Valid Passport and Full UK Driving License for UK and European travel
