IT Project Engineer Opportunity

In Technology Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Engineer to join our rapidly growing IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for IT infrastructure, resolving issues and providing advice on technical solutions.
  • Manage the life cycle of projects to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Attend site to resolve reported issues, install hardware and appropriate cabling.
  • Provide advanced support in networking, infrastructure and Wi-Fi.
  • Update all support, project and customer documentation where required.
Requirements:
  • Technical expertise in the full stack of Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Intune MDM, Active Directory, Azure, Security, MS365, etc).
  • High level and low level solution design and implementation.
  • UniFi (or similar) Wireless access points, network switches.
  • In depth understanding of network protocols, routing, subnets and VLANs.
