About the Role

We're seeking a talented and passionate Content Strategist to join our Marketing team at 2tall, a rapidly growing online business selling tall clothing worldwide from our warehouse in Aberdeen.

As a key member of our Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in planning and creating engaging content for our social media channels, website, and email marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative passion and keen interest in current and future social media trends combined with the ability to create successful content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Creative to deliver on our Content Strategy.
  • Develop new and exciting creative approaches to social media content, aligning with our brand values and market differentiation.
  • Plan a calendar of social content that aligns with key annual seasons, product demands, and our customer community, to tell our brand story.
  • Create and develop video, photographic, and animated content for our social media channels and website, driving new and existing customer engagement.
  • Monitor emerging social media trends relevant to our industry.
  • Work closely with Marketing Team colleagues to participate in photoshoots, directing models to acquire the desired footage.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to evaluate the success of our social paid content to inform our strategy.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of marketing and social media in general.
  • Functionality and features of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Content planning and delivery.
  • Use of latest technology to create compelling content.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience of working with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to understand briefs and take clear instruction.
  • Manage time and deliver to deadlines.
  • Work within a team environment.
  • Contribute creative ideas.
  • Deliver on project outputs.
  • Ability to capture content using common camera equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
Desirable Skills
  • Videography and animation software, such as Photoshop and Premier Pro.
  • Photoshoots and directing models.
  • Content evaluation and measuring success.
  • Interest in the global clothing and fashion market.
