Job Title: Associate Director, Advancement

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in the London office. As a key member of our Advancement team, you will be responsible for leading the drafting of detailed expert witness reports, developing contract and commercial strategies, and reviewing project records to establish quantum associated with claims and/or disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the drafting of detailed expert witness reports for use in formal dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Develop and implement contract and commercial strategies to successfully recover performance of distressed projects or major programmes.
  • Review and assess contemporaneous project records to establish quantum associated with claims and/or disputes.
  • Conduct quantum forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, including clients and supply-chain partners.
  • Analyse project and major programme performance to identify root causes of distress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or a similar degree in construction.
  • Master's degree in applicable construction specialism, highly preferable a construction law LLM or similar.
