The Customer Learning Solutions Specialist at Cytiva plays a crucial role in assisting our clients with educational programs that facilitate the effective development and production of therapies utilizing Cytiva solutions.

This role is situated within the Learning Solutions organization and allows for remote work flexibility. At Cytiva, our vision is to propel future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Cytiva's customer learning initiatives, collaborating with our commercial team to communicate the value and integration of these programs.
  • Conduct engaging demonstrations of immersive learning experiences, showcasing the benefits of accelerated learner proficiency.
  • Interact with clients to assess their educational requirements concerning Cytiva products, identifying challenges and determining how tailored learning programs can meet those needs.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for all blended learning initiatives, promoting adoption and delivering consistent value to customers.
  • Gather customer insights and market feedback to inform product management, aiding in the development and enhancement of Cytiva's blended learning offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theories and methodologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the life sciences sector or a relevant scientific background.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, demonstrating diplomacy and persuasiveness.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial, learning and development, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with virtual and augmented reality training to enhance learner competence.
  • 2+ years of experience working with large or multinational organizations.
  • 2+ years in a commercial role within the life sciences sector.
  • 5+ years in a learning and development design or implementation capacity.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Learning and Development, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
