Senior Civil Engineer Opportunity

MWH Treatment, a leading provider of water and wastewater solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cost-effective design layouts that meet project specifications and can be constructed and commissioned efficiently.
  • Ensure the adoption of standard practices and procedures to maintain competitiveness and provide estimates and feedback for the Proposals department.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of procedures and processes to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Coordinate designs with internal and external disciplines to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate files and records throughout contract durations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and work within a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a personal development plan and assist in supervising and developing staff.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and minimize waste from departmental activities.
  • Designs must take account of environmental issues and adhere to health and safety requirements.
