We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will provide critical support to our legal team in delivering top-tier professional services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high-volume conveyancing case load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to facilitate smooth conveyancing transactions
- Draft and review legal documents and correspondence related to conveyancing transactions
- Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing cases and ensure compliance with legal standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Proven experience in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure, prioritizing deadlines and delivering high-quality results
