About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will provide critical support to our legal team in delivering top-tier professional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume conveyancing case load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to facilitate smooth conveyancing transactions
  • Draft and review legal documents and correspondence related to conveyancing transactions
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing cases and ensure compliance with legal standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations
