About the Role:
Cavendish Maine Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their established team in Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to a diverse range of public sector and government clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality and efficient service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with Account Executives to provide a comprehensive insurance service to existing and new customers.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ranging from small to large corporate-sized risks, and ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development of a high company image of professionalism, competence, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous account handling experience in a commercial insurance environment, with relevant technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Commercial awareness and ability to influence and negotiate with clients.
- Support for ACII qualification development, although not essential.
