Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, supporting them with daily living tasks, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes and communities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous care experience, preferably in a community or home care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
