Job Title: Area Sales Manager Home Based

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join BMS Performance as an Area Sales Manager, working in a field sales position that offers a career, not just a job. You will be selling a sustainable product line made with recyclable materials into independent wholesalers, merchants, and retailers. With a genuine opportunity for growth and development, you will be supported by an experienced Sales Director in the workwear sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing existing relationships with retailers around 70% of the time in the first 12 months
- Acquiring brand-new business in between calls
- Making 5+ sales calls every day, with a lot of autonomy and journey planning
- Building relationships with Branch Managers, Business Owners, Procurement Professionals, and End Users

About the Company:
BMS Performance is a long-established organisation with a strong existing sales team. They are looking to expand and take an opportunity to grow market share. With a recent investment in new leadership within the sales team, they have a long-term plan and want this new Area Sales Manager to be a fundamental part of that growth strategy. Requirements:
- Introduction to b2b field sales
- Activity driven, enjoying being on the road at least four days per week
- Mindset to speak with customers on a daily basis
- Understanding questioning techniques and developing customer needs
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills & strong work ethic

Package:
- £32k-42k basic salary + £2k-12k OTE year 1
- Hybrid Company Car + phone + laptop + 24 days holiday + contributory pension scheme
