About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes and local communities in South East England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and preparing meals.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the ongoing needs of clients are met.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in care and support.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.04 (weekdays) and £16.04 (weekends).

Requirements
