Job Title: Head of Export Control
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Export Control team at Anson McCade. As the Head of Export Control, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with UK, European, and US export control regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of export control specialists to ensure effective compliance with export regulations.
- Drive the strategic vision of export control within the UK branch, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in Export Control/Compliance, with a strong understanding of UK, European, and US export control regulations.
- Proven leadership and influencing management skills, with the ability to drive change and bring a vision to the export control team.
- In-depth knowledge of export licensing, internal audits, and ECJU regulations.
What We Offer:
- Circa £75,000 salary (dependent on experience)
- Up to 35.5% bonus of base salary
- Employer and employee contributions up to 14% pension
- Dynamic working arrangement, with 2-3 days on-site per week
