Key Responsibilities
  • Install fibre broadband connections in homes, ensuring high-quality installations and excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet customer service targets and achieve our business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of fibre broadband technology and its applications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their fibre broadband connections are working efficiently.
  • Travel to various locations within the UK, including Nottingham, Derby, and Mansfield, to install fibre broadband connections and provide customer support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fibre broadband installation or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fibre broadband technology and its applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Valid UK driver's license and ability to travel to various locations within the UK.
  • Ability to work irregular hours and overtime, as required, to meet customer service targets.
  • Medical fitness to perform physical tasks, including climbing poles.
