Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team at a new, person-centred nursing home in Woodthorpe. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to residents with complex needs, dementia, and mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting their wellbeing and quality of life.
  • Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to manage and prioritise workloads.
  • Engage with residents, promoting their engagement and participation in activities.
  • Ensure all care plans are up to date and accurately maintained.
Requirements:
  • A positive, patient, and flexible attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for engaging with working-age and older adults.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
  • NMC pin (required).
  • At least 2 years of social care experience.
