Customer Service Ambassador

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services
* Ensuring customer service inquiries are handled through the appropriate SLA and KPIs are met
* Managing and protecting customer information, including sensitive financial data
* Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth facility operations
* Meeting training and development requirements
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both in English and German. You'll also need to be IT literate and have a good understanding of Outlook and Excel. Previous customer service experience is essential.
