Pharmacist Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at Clarity Recruitment. As a reputable and community-oriented pharmacy chain, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. They will also ensure that all pharmacy staff are trained and qualified to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
  • Ensure staff are trained and qualified to provide high-quality patient care
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage the pharmacy budget and resources
  • Work with other healthcare providers to ensure patients receive necessary medications
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Registration with the GPhC
  • Relevant experience in a pharmacy setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
