We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke tuition packages to young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who are unable to access mainstream education.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized learning plans, using your expertise to bridge gaps in education and boost attainment levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to students with SEN
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Work closely with our team to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Provide support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative learning solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
