Supporting Students with Special Educational Needs

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Practitioners (LSPs) to work with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a unique and inclusive environment.

As an LSP, you will play a vital role in:

  • Providing individualised support: You'll work closely with students who require additional assistance in their education, helping them thrive in a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
  • Adapting teaching methods: Our LSPs provide tailored support inside and outside the classroom, adapting teaching methods to meet the specific needs of each learner.
  • Fostering independence: You will help students build confidence, develop life skills, and foster independence in both their studies and personal growth.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff: Our LSPs work alongside experienced teachers to create engaging, inclusive lessons that support students of all abilities.
