Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide personalized, attentive service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience that reflects our brand's values.
  2. Develop loyalty with our customers by building strong relationships with them.
  3. Assist the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide performance goals.
  4. Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  5. Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing new stock, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate product availability.
  6. Assist the Store Manager in analyzing sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in luxury retail, preferably in childrenswear or fashion.
  2. Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
  3. Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.
  4. Excellent in providing customer service.
