English Teaching Assistant Graduate Opportunity

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate English Teaching Assistant to join their team in a secondary school located on the Wirral.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in a classroom-based role, working closely with students and teachers to support the delivery of the English curriculum.

The successful candidate will provide essential support to class teachers, including working with students preparing for upcoming exams and providing bespoke support to students with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to class teachers during lessons
  • Work 1-to-1 with pupils requiring additional support with work leading into exams

  • Support the delivery of the English curriculum

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with an English related degree
  • Full DBS check on update service required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
