Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for leading our engineering efforts and ensuring the reliability and availability of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Engineering Team: You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the reliability and availability of our equipment and systems.
  2. Develop and Implement Maintenance Programs: You will develop and implement maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  4. Ensure Compliance and Safety: You will ensure that all engineering activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Amazon's safety policies.
  5. Drive Continuous Improvement: You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in maintenance and reliability engineering
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CMMS programs and preventive maintenance procedures
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in design review process
  • Knowledge of automated conveyor systems and controls
  • Experience with industrial electrical and electronic principles
