About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Unit within Adult Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering performance data, statutory returns, business insights, and effective challenge within our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of our performance management framework across Adult Social Care
  • Embed the new performance framework through data analysis, audit, partnership working, and system development
  • Provide accurate and timely performance reporting, statutory data returns, and Care Quality Commission inspection preparation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives
