Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled Master Technician to join our team at Harwoods Ltd. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and repair, while also providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve technical skills and knowledge of vehicle systems and technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Liaise with the Workshop Controller and Aftersales Manager to ensure that all work is quality controlled and meets customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Coach and develop other technicians and apprentice technicians within the workshop.
  • Ensure that all work areas and equipment are clean, tidy, and in good working order.
Requirements
  • Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ accreditation in a related field.
  • Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Smart appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Relevant manufacturer experience and training.
  • Previous/current VAG or premium brand Master Technician experience.
