As an Assistant Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting our swimming instructors in delivering engaging and safe lessons to customers of all ages. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of swimming lessons, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support swimming instructors in delivering lessons to customers of all ages
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of swimming lessons, including setting up equipment and materials
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers, instructors, and other team members
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe swimming environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with children and adults of all ages and abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
  • Basic knowledge of swimming techniques and safety procedures
  • Level 1 UKCC Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent
