Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- No prior social care experience is necessary, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Resilience and willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge
