Space Planning Manager | Large Highstreet Retailer | Hybrid | £55,000 - £65,000 + Strong Benefits | Great Morals & Strong Ethics | FTC

We are seeking a talented and driven Space Planning Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the ownership and implementation of the space strategy across their own stores, concessions, and international locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of store layouts to maximise space efficiency and enhance product accessibility, while reflecting the brand's ethos and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of space strategies at all locations, including stores and concessions.
  • Analyse space productivity metrics and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
  • Maintain a strong ethical approach to space planning, ensuring compliance with company standards and fostering a culture of integrity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in space planning or a related field, within the retail industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • A commitment to ethical practices and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Proficiency in space planning software and tools.

Our client is an exceptional business that is outperforming everyone in their market currently. This is an initial fixed term contract, but there is real potential to make an impact that could extend past the contract's length.
