**About the Role**
Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer/Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for leading a small team of designers and providing guidance and direction to ensure the department is working to the best of its ability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day workflow of the design department, providing support and expertise across the business as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to maximize business performance and improve workflow.
- Develop and complete design briefs from internal and external customers.
- Lead the design of mid-to-medium complexity projects, including 3D renders using AGCAD software.
- Liaise with customers, including occasional travel to site for meetings and presentations.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop a small team of design staff, setting objectives and targets to manage and review performance.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to provide case studies and content aligned with the group's Marketing Strategy.
- Support the company's sustainability goals and stay aware of new products that can help customers achieve these objectives.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer/Design Manager in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent design skills and knowledge of design software.
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and presentations.
