We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Regulated Water Sector. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for devising direct sourcing strategies and working with our sourcing team to develop candidate pipelines and talent communities for future requirements.

You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business, advising on best practices and recruiting across numerous disciplines in our water sector. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and attracting top talent in the market.

About You

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition practitioner with a successful track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working in a high-volume recruitment function and have a track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels.
