As a Life Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our wet facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain a safe environment in the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our members and visitors.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- A competitive hourly rate of up to £12.25, depending on experience.
