Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager specializing in luxury travel experiences, particularly focused on the African market. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in leading sales teams within the travel sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a hybrid sales team of six professionals, providing guidance and support to help them meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement creative incentive programs and team-building initiatives to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Coordinate and organize familiarization trips to enhance product knowledge and team cohesion.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in sales management or team leadership within the travel industry, with a preference for luxury travel expertise.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with flexibility to operate from various locations.
  • Demonstrated success in team collaboration and driving sales growth.
Working Conditions

This position operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including generous holiday allowances and a competitive bonus structure.
