Lloyd's List Intelligence is a leading provider of maritime data and analytics. We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team in the EMEA region.
About the RoleThe Credit Analyst will be responsible for researching and analyzing companies in the maritime industry, with a focus on credit risk and financial analysis. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the shipping industry and be able to analyze complex financial data.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct due diligence research on companies in the maritime industry
- Analyze financial data and credit reports to assess credit risk
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts
- Stay up-to-date with market news and developments
- Produce high-quality credit reports and analysis
- At least 1 year's experience in business intelligence, consultancy, or data research
- Strong understanding of the shipping industry and credit risk analysis
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in a second language is essential, particularly Greek or Russian
