  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.

  • Provide excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve KPIs and targets effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload.
  • Initiative and ability to provide solutions to improve team performance.
