About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Time and Recovery Specialist to join our Fylde Coast Home Treatment Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing 24-hour support to service users and their families/carers who are experiencing mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support services to service users, focusing on a recovery model and effective risk management.
  • Work collaboratively with local services and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in night duty and shift work as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and carers, promoting trust and confidence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring person-centered approaches.
Requirements
  • Higher education studies certificate or equivalent experience.
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent experience in mental health specialities.
  • Certificate in Mental Health or equivalent knowledge.
  • Knowledge of mental health issues and their impact on individuals, carers, and communities.
  • Awareness of evidence-based practice and ability to influence innovative practice.
  • Experience in individual and group work in mental health specialities.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and knowledge of local cultures and religions.
