Position Overview

We are seeking two experienced Construction Project Supervisors to oversee a significant construction initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of construction projects.
  • On-Site Leadership: Manage and direct construction activities on-site, collaborating with senior management, clients, subcontractors, and various trades to ensure project completion aligns with requirements, budget, and timelines.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee the work of consultants, efficiently allocate resources, and foster a cooperative and motivated team environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Maintain a strong understanding of project finances, advising on cost-saving measures while representing the company professionally in all interactions.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the safety of all site visitors and staff, implementing preventative measures and adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Scope Development: Collaborate with the project sponsor to define the project scope effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project delivery meets timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage project resources and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk analysis to mitigate potential issues.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, representatives, architects, engineers, local authorities, and all parties impacted by the project.
  • Daily Liaison: Coordinate daily with the site manager and internal commercial teams to oversee project finances.
  • Meeting Documentation: Attend and document relevant meetings, whether on-site or in office settings.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain working programs and schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Deliverable Management: Manage project deliverables in accordance with the established project plan.
