Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and representation in all aspects of private family law, including divorce and separation, financial arrangements, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and disputes related to children.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory compliance procedures, Lexcel, and ISO standards, ensuring our firm maintains the highest level of professionalism.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, providing exceptional client care and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team, identifying opportunities for new business and collaborating with colleagues to achieve targets.
- Utilize case management systems and software to efficiently manage cases and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Sound knowledge and experience in private family law, including divorce and separation, financial arrangements, and child-related disputes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and accurate reports.

- Ability to maintain billing levels in accordance with agreed targets, ensuring the firm's financial goals are met.
- Great IT skills, with experience using case management systems and software.
