  • Machinery Operation: Safely operate machinery to produce packaging products, ensuring efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Productivity and Performance: Work to achieve productivity and performance targets set by management, ensuring consistent quality standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Scan products and maintain an efficient inventory system.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to UK Health and Safety legislation and work in line with a safe system of work (SSOW).

Requirements:

  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Health and Safety Knowledge: Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation.
  • Teamwork and Motivation: Consider yourself a good team player, motivated, and quality-conscious.
  • Physical Demands: Able to be on your feet for long periods and conduct manual handling.
