We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admissions Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Group plc. As an Admissions Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our admissions process, working closely with our administrative team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the admissions process, ensuring timely and efficient processing of patient bookings and pre-op assessments.
- Lead and motivate the administrative team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Develop and implement quality assessments to monitor and improve the team's performance.
- Plan and manage the workforce to meet activity levels, ensuring the timely management of administrative tasks.
- Provide data and insights to the Director of Shared Services, SMT, and HoDs to inform business decisions.
- Attend and contribute to regular departmental meetings, staying up-to-date on hospital and support centre matters.
- Support other staff in the performance of their duties, establishing good working relationships with colleagues and other Spire Healthcare staff.
- Attend training events and meetings to acquire knowledge and skills that will enhance your performance in the role.
