Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, contracted to 19 hours per week. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be the heart of our operation, working closely with our team to prepare and serve high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas, ensuring compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
- Machinery and Equipment: Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment, adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
- Delivery and Supply: Assist with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles.
- Brand Representation: Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image.
Requirements
- Team Player: Demonstrate an ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Have a committed and organized approach, with a desire to succeed in your role.
