Extrusion Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Extrusion Operative. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the extrusion lines to produce high-quality uPVC profiles for the Fenestration industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the extrusion lines to produce uPVC profiles
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Perform heavy lifting, pulling, and pushing tasks (up to 25KG)
  • Pack and wrap products
  • Label and load products
  • Perform general warehouse maintenance tasks
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Be willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in extrusion, uPVC, Fenestration, or general production is essential
Working Conditions:

The Extrusion Operative role involves working in a warehouse environment with static days and nights shifts. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quality standards.
