About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support with key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement support plans that meet the needs of our service users
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Plan and manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Recruit and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of our service users
