About EJ Legal Limited
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Funds Paralegal to join our team in London. As a Funds Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our General Counsel and contributing to the success of our US Venture Capital Fund.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on US Venture Capital Funds and provide expert guidance on related matters.
- Administer and manage US stock option plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage contract agreements, including drafting and reviewing documents.
- Coordinate internal requests and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Draft legal documentation, including board minutes and other critical documents.
Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent qualification is essential, with a strong background in Funds or Capital Markets.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Exposure to US deals and regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
