About the Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out Specialist at Mitchell Maguire, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of fit-out projects. Your expertise in quantity surveying will be instrumental in managing costs, timelines, and resources to meet the client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the fit-out process, including site inspections, progress meetings, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate cost control.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the fit-out industry, with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management software.
