Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Centre Apprentice to join our team at Clarkson PLC in our Humber location. The ideal candidate will have experience testing and inspecting PPE equipment and supplies to ensure they meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough tests and inspections of PPE equipment and supplies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify faults and defects in PPE equipment and supplies.
  • Accurately document and record testing and inspection results through our computer system and centre records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health, safety, and environmental protocols.
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including packing products, receiving deliveries, and maintaining stock records.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the business.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a curious and inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and approachable attitude.
  • Good levels of written and verbal English, with the ability to use MS Office software.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when qualified.
