As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a section of our sales ledger, promoting early customer payment, and gaining valuable experience in all sectors of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contact customers regarding outstanding debt and liaise with branches on order releases
  • Manage all query-related issues for our section of the ledger
  • Deliver outstanding customer service

**Requirements**

  • Previous credit control experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
